The 2025 KTM 390 SMC R is part of the new generation of KTM’s 390cc platform, sharing its core engine and frame design with models like the 390 Duke and 390 Enduro R.
Engine: It boasts the latest generation LC4c, 399 cc single-cylinder engine, which produces approximately 45 PS (44.25 bhp) and 39 Nm of torque.
Suspension: The bike features a 43 mm WP APEX open cartridge front fork and a WP APEX separate piston rear monoshock, both with a significant 230 mm of travel and full adjustability for compression and rebound.
Brakes & Wheels: It is equipped with a 320 mm front brake disc and 240 mm rear disc, with a Bosch 10.3MB ABS modulator that includes a Supermoto ABS option (disables rear ABS for sliding). It rides on 17-inch spoked wheels wrapped in Michelin Power 6 tires.
Electronics: The motorcycle comes with a 4.2-inch TFT display offering access to multiple ride modes (Street and Sport), smartphone connectivity, and switchable ABS settings.
Ergonomics: It features aggressive, 690 SMC R-inspired bodywork with a flat, single-piece 860 mm seat for easy mobility during aggressive riding.
