Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping online with Boyds.

• Goods may be returned within 14 days for exchange, store credit or refund. Goods must be returned in the condition you received it, including any plastic packaging, tags and labels. Items like chains, will not be accepted once they have been removed from their clear plastic packages
• Ensure all clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips or they will not be accepted for return (unless faulty).
• Due to the nature of certain products we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty:
  Special order Parts
  Electrical components
  DVDs
  Underwear
  thermals
  swimwear
  socks
  face masks
• If an order arrives damaged in transit, we request (if possible) photos of the damage taken before and after the parcel is opened for our customer service team to access.
• In cases where the item is faulty, our customer service team can arrange reimbursement for the cost of freight or arrange for to email a pre-paid shipping label.
• All goods returned after 14 days are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
• Freight is non–refundable.

GOODS SENT FREIGHT FREE

If you placed your order with free freight, you will be charged the initial freight cost incurred by Boyd Motorcycles out of your total order price. The buyer is also responsible for organizing and paying for the freight of the return.
