Join the team at Boyd Motorcycles’ as a full-time Parts and Accessories Representative.
In this integral role, you will be responsible for managing the inward goods for our busy motorcycle dealership.
Based in Hamilton Central, this is an exciting opportunity to join us
What you’ll be doing
- Offer technical support and fitment advise
- Provide accurate pricing and availability for parts to customer and the workshop
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders
- Assisting with the preparation and dispatch of parts orders to customers and our service department
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Actively participating in the ongoing improvement of our parts and accessories management processes
- Supporting the wider team with general operational duties as required
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a similar parts or accessories role, ideally within the automotive industry
- A good clear understanding of parts diagrams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise effectively with customers
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Competent with using inventory management systems and computer software
- A genuine passion for motorcycles and the automotive industry
