Motobatt Pro Lithium Batteries are around 80% lighter than conventional lead batteries, however they produce much greater power and performance. This additional power transaltes into the ability to provide the strong starting currents required for reliable, repeated starts and at a wider range of temperatures than lead acid batteries.
Motobatt Pro Lithium batteries can retain charge for over a year of inactivity, with an estimated total life of over 5 years or 2000 complete cycles.
Recharging time is very short: 6 minutes for up to 90% charged.
They are acid and heavy metals-free, with a very low environmental impact.
Motobatt Lithium batteries use Dynamic Cell Balancing Circuit to balance the battery cells while the battery is in use to provide superior performance and extend the life of the battery.
Unqualified chargers should be avoided to protect your Lithium battery from overcharging.

MOTOBATT HP MODELS include unique protection to automatically shut down when overcharged, and over discharged. To restart an over discharged Motobatt HP model battery recharge using a lithium compatible charger.  

MOTOBATT P MODELS do not have overcharge or over discharge protection. Overcharging a lithium battery or using a non-compatible charger may be dangerous, and cause irreparable harm to the battery. Complete discharge (or repeated, aggressive charge/discharge) may render the battery beyond repair and void warranty.
